Here's my rough setup without the Timpanis. Finally sorted the timps out with the production manager, Tayah, will be getting them.

So I arranged for soundcheck today (Polar Picnic). It sounded great on stage and we're all very excited to play alongside Mutant Vinyl, Osaka Punch and Deaf School. Was also looking into labels that suit the band's image/package etc.
