Can’t believe I’m one showcase down.
It was such an amazingly energetic & intense show.
With all the work putting the production side of things together, liaising with SM/LX/PM/etc, booking practice rooms, rehearsals, recordings, touring, gigging in Norway, being the only girl & non-Norwegian in the band, it was an emotional final showcase for me. So much was going through my mind in the last song that I shed a tear midway.
The idea of using that many risers on stage created a stagger between us and formed a somewhat diamond with the high point being where the brasses are.
Although there were some screw ups on stage with power and the guitar amp, I felt the overall vibe & energy of the performance was ace.
We also got feedback that FOH sounded amazing.
